Studio Private Parties

– Large classroom parties can be booked anytime we are not already hosting a class– Currently, Sunday-Wednesday evenings and any week day! ( Thursdays-Saturdays  are also available if another class has not been posted and larger minimums are met.See more details below.)

(For smaller events, such as bridal showers and birthday parties, please consider booking our beautiful new wine bar “Project Patio” space , or our indoor corner Make Lounge area!)

– You choose the painting! There are a variety of paintings featured on our website, but feel free to stop by our studio to see our full collection.

Large Class room parties:

Sunday-Wednesday nights, there is a 30 person minimum, to close the class off to the public. The fee is $38.00 per person.

(We cannot close to the public on Fri/Sat night without a 45 person minimum.)

During the weekdays, from Monday- Friday, there is a 15 person minimum. We just ask that you start your event by 1:30pm, so we can get ready for our evening crowd!

** We require a two-week notice for private parties so we can post on our calendar.

If you would like to celebrate with us and cannot meet the minimums, please consider joining one of our regular classes. The more the merrier!!! You and your group will simply be joined by more fun-loving people from the public.

We will be more than happy to seat your entire group in a special area.

– The cost is the normal $38.00 per person and includes all materials- 16×20 canvas, paint, easel, brushes, apron, etc.

Fundraisers

Since we began co-hosting fundraisers with local charities and organizations, we have been able to raise over $150,000 for the greater ABQ community!
We  generally offer fundraisers on Mon-Wednesday nights.
Please go to the calendar at kellyjodesignsbywine.com to see what upcoming dates are available.
To ensure a successful event, we encourage you to have your event posted for about 4 weeks on our calendar.

A few things,…. You will need 20 people minimum to hold the event. We recommend that you open it up to the public for  a greater turnout.
You will get 25% of the class fees and bar sales.
Please send us a few painting choices. You can see most of our offerings by going back through our calendar, if you are using a laptop/desktop computer.


We do need a $350 deposit to hold your date. We do not run that through unless you were to cancel with less than 2 weeks notice.
We will send a credit card authorization form with your fundraiser inquiry email.
